The Research Journal of Pharmacy and Technology (RJPT) never shows any advertisement nor does it allow any advertising company to advertise on its official main website, www.rjptonline.org. Other than its main website, RJPT owns different websites and social media platforms that are open for advertisements and have advertisement policies that might differ from this policy. However, RJPT always ensures that it never allows companies to advertise and endorse advertisements that can affect content and editorial decisions.
Advertising Approach
It is to be noted that RJPT always has the right to reject advertisements that are not in accordance with the RJPT policy and incompatible with our institution. RJPT will always stick to a moral and lawful methodology for advertising and will never accept advertisements that can harm the integrity and purpose with which the RJPT institution has been established.
RJPT never entertains advertisements that are based on:
- Politics and religion
- Alcohol, tobacco, and related products
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and fireworks
- Pornography and related subjects and services
- Offering a miracle cure or method
- Lucrative health claims for the products
Advertising Policy
RJPT developed several guidelines for the advertising bodies that should be followed properly to be approved for advertising on other social media platforms of RJPT.
- Advertisers must get approval from RJPT to advertise.
- Figures, icons, and logos must appear distinct from editorial content.
- Advertisers need to provide supportive documentation to justify the claims.
- Advertisements may not imply endorsement by the RJPT.
- Advertisers must not acquire user’s personal data without their consent. If the user permits the advertisers to collect personal data, then it is mandatory for the advertisers to justify where this collected data will be used.
The funds received from advertisements will be used to help authors with limited funds to pay the Article Processing Charge (APC).
