ABSTRACT:
A series of fluoro-pyrazole derivatives have been synthesized and evaluated for anti-inflammatory screening using formaline induce rat paw edema model. The studies of synthesized compounds were characterized by TLC, IR, 1H NMR analysis. These compounds have shown promising anti-inflammatory activity when compared with the standard drug diclofenac sodium.
