ABSTRACT:
A simple, Accurate, precise method was developed for the simultaneous estimation of the Glecaprevir and Pibrentasvir in tablet dosage form. Chromatogram was run through CHSC18 100 x 4.6 mm, 3m. Mobile phase containing Buffer 0.01N NaH2PO4.H2O (4.5pH): Acetonitrile taken in the ratio 50:50v/v was pumped through column at a flow rate of 0.3 ml/min. Temperature was maintained at 30°C. Optimized wavelength selected was 260 nm. Retention time of Glecaprevir and Pibrentasvir were found to be 0.677 min and 0.965 min. %Recovery was obtained as 99.84% and 100.07% for Glecaprevir and Pibrentasvir individually. LOD, LOQ values obtained from regression equations of Glecaprevir and Pibrentasvir were 0.61, 1.86 and 0.27, 0.73 respectively. Regression equation of Glecaprevir is y = 3763.x + 3938, and y = 4975.x + 4107of Pibrentasvir.
