ABSTRACT:
The utilization of lipid polymer hybrid nanoparticles as a means of cancer treatment, especially for breast cancer, provides great hope for cancer management. This abstract is an overview of lipid polymer hybrid nanoparticles and why they are very important in targeted drug delivery in the fight against breast cancer. It begins with examining the structure and formulation of lipid polymer hybrid nanoparticles, which are hybrids given the presence of lipid and polymer components in them. A discussion of synthesis procedures and properties of lipid polymer hybrid nanoparticles is presented; it takes into account both the disadvantages intrinsic to them, such as synthesis complexity, and the advantages, such as improved drug stability and controlled release kinetics. The abstract further explores the operation of targeted drug delivery systems, with major emphasis being placed on how drug delivery techniques based on nanoparticles are important.in enhancing therapeutic outcomes. The obtained capabilities of lipid polymer hybrid nanoparticles to provide therapeutic agents to tumor sites with minimal off-target effects are focused on the breast cancer therapy area. Mechanisms by which lipid polymer hybrid nanoparticles function to enable targeted drug delivery and regulated release in the tumor microenvironment are revealed through their methods of action. With all their fabulous promise, however, they are still bound by normal biological limitations and regulatory obstacles. Designing strategies for personalized treatment and modifying the design of nanoparticles in the future will be crucial to overcoming these challenges. Finally, further study may be used to achieve the potential for lipid polymer hybrid nanoparticles in clinical applications and offer a potential methodology for the improvement of breast cancer therapy effectiveness and safety.
