ABSTRACT:
Knowing the importance of Noni fruit as revealed from various literature resources, we planned to predict the bioactivity of Noni Fruit extracts using the online software ‘PASS’. The PASS prediction result for the 21 compounds reported in Noni fruit extracts were carried out and the prediction of bioactivity ranges from 70-94.7% as various inhibitors. Among 21 compounds from Noni fruit, Ruberythricacid possessed highest Alkane-1-monooxygenase inhibitor activity (93.4%). Soranjidiol compound have highest as Antiseborrheic activity (91.5%). Phosphatase Inhibitor, Apoptosis Agonist, Hepatoprotectant activities, Pa values were greater than 91% for Ursolic acid. Feruloyl esterase Inhibitor, Pullulanase inhibitor, Pro-opiomelanocortin converting enzyme inhibitor, Dextranase inhibitor, Phosphatidylglycerol phosphatase inhibitor, Levanase inhibitor, Hematotoxic, Apoptosis Agonist, Cardiovascular analeptic, Mucomembranous protector activities were observed for Maleicacid, Fumaricacid, Caproicacid, Caprylicacid, Octanoicacid, Hexanoicacid, Asparticacid, Linoleicacid, Glutamicacid, Isoleucine, whose Pa value ranges from 92-95%. These compounds can also be used in the treatment of Gaucher Disease as the Pa value was 94.2%.
