ABSTRACT:
The purpose of the present research was to study the effect of using variable quantity of disintegrant agent like Crospovidone, Kyron T314 on the orodispersible property of aceclofenac. Total six formulation having disintegrant at variable amount were prepared by direct compression method. The tablet were assessed if suitable as oral disintegrating tablets by determine of a range of technology parameters. It was observed that the formulation containing Crospovidone have better disintegrating property compared Kyron T314. The wetting time decreased with the increase in concentration of disintegrant. The in vitro dissolution time of various formulation was between 82.13±1.59 to 88.89±1.18 %respectively.
