ABSTRACT:
In this study, Citrullus lanatus (Kiran and sweet), Solanum melongena (white and purple), Brassica oleracea var. Capitata f. rubra (red cabbage), Brassica oleracea var. capitata (white cabbage) was collected and aqueous extract of them was taken. The aqueous extract was concentrated and analysed for their antioxidant activity and antibacterial activity in vitro. All the extracts were found to have potent antioxidant activity but not antibacterial activity.
