ABSTRACT:
The development of nanoparticles research may helpful for the lot of applications in many fields. Actinomycetes mediated synthesis of silver nanoparticles was achieved by intra and extracellularly which is isolated from agricultural field soil. The SPR band was observed at 460 nm and 450 nm for both intra and extracellular synthesis method. SEM image shows that undefined spherical shape with high agglomeration. The size of the nanoparticles synthesized by extracellular process found to be ranges from 80-90 nm. These results conclude that the ability of the actinomycetes to reduce Ag+ to Ag0 was harnessed with the size of nanoparticles. Additionally the synthesized silver nanoparticles were found to have antibacterial activity against the test organisms, more profound against gram negative than gram positive organisms.
