Specific data were derived the following contents :1) The rate of single participants(57.5%) in the normal people was a significantly higher rate than the rate(27.4%) of experimental group(X2=2.6, p<.05). 2)According to the gender of respondents investigated, gentleman with 43.8% in the target people showed a lower rate than 53.4% in the normal people 3) For wrist acupressure, the mean of subjects which has performed eye acupressure after training was higher than previous participants(t=-2.85, p=.000).4)Ophthalmic exercises have increased the ophthalmic status after training(58.16±1.42) compared to ophthalmic status(31.78±2.59) before training (t=-1.69, p=.000). 5)Dry eye syndrome significantly decreased in the targetpeople than the normalpeopleafter 48 days. 6) The data achieved a significantly higher rate in the people observed than the normal people, even the days passed 36 days by applying training of ophthalmic function. Improvements/Applications: Thisneeds a regular training for using the correct mobile phone. It will help for preventing dry eye syndrome of mobile phone addicts in all ages.
