ABSTRACT:
Background/Objectives: Dry eye syndrome is the most eye disease for mobile phones.The research is to be investigated a comprehensive study to prevent dry eye syndrome among mobile phone addicts. Methods/Statistical analysis: The chi-square testanalyzed the basicitems between the two variables. Moreover,the t-test was done to compare the differences in dry eye syndrome through applying medical training arbitration. Additionally, the t-test was analyzed the degree of change in the physical and mental function by medical arbitration. The data were used physical function in participants with phone addicts using SAS.Training contents of the addicts are lecture, video, discussion and assessment. Findings: According to data compiled, dry eye syndrome is important for contents such as food, living conditions and exercise. Specific data were derived the following contents :1) The rate of single participants(57.5%) in the normal people was a significantly higher rate than the rate(27.4%) of experimental group(X2=2.6, p<.05). 2)According to the gender of respondents investigated,gentleman with 43.8% in the target people showed a lower rate than 53.4% in the normal people 3) For wrist acupressure, the mean of subjects which has performed eye acupressure after training was higher than previous participants(t=-2.85, p=.000).4)Ophthalmic exercises have increased the ophthalmic status after training(58.16±1.42) compared to ophthalmic status(31.78±2.59) before training (t=-1.69, p=.000). 5)Dry eye syndrome significantly decreased in the targetpeople than the normalpeopleafter 48 days. 6) The data achieved a significantly higher rate in the people observed than the normal people, even the days passed 36 days by applying training of ophthalmic function. Improvements/Applications: Thisneeds a regular training for using the correct mobile phone.It will help for preventing dry eye syndrome of mobile phone addicts in all ages.
