ABSTRACT:
In vitro drug release investigations are obligatory tool in the drug product development. Mucoadhesion time and viscosity are vitals in adherence with comprehensive period of time. Oral mucositis is a frequent and potentially severe obstacles caused by chemo-radiotherapy. L-Glutamine reported to reduce the length and severity of chemo-radiotherapy induced oral mucositis.
