ABSTRACT:
A selective and sensitive DPPA method using a DME was developed for AML-BES determination, showing cathodic peaks at –1737 to –1770 mV (LiClO4) and –1724 to –1733 mV (Na2HPO4) due to dihydropyridine ring reduction. Optimal conditions included 0.005 M LiClO4 (pH 9.0), 40 ms pulse time, 8 mV step, 30 s measurement, and 6.667 mV/s scan rate. A linear range of (0.3402 - 22.682) µg/mL was achieved with RSD% = 2.5 at 0.3402 µg/mL. LOD and LOQ were 0.0115 µg/mL and 0.0383 µg/mL, respectively. The method was validated and showed recoveries of 99.88% - 102.24%, confirming its suitability for routine AML-BES analysis.
